3.2. Content still being improved

Some elements are not yet fully accessible:

  • Training videos: not all videos currently have Indonesian subtitles or written transcripts
  • Some links: certain link descriptions are not yet explicit enough for screen reader users
  • PDF content: some PDF documents are not yet optimized for screen readers
  • Third-party content: embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps are not fully under our control

We plan to improve these areas gradually during 2026.

  • Official administrative documents, such as invoices and certificates, where the format is determined by regulations
